About The Mindful Homemaker
Our Story
Since I was a little girl, I always wanted to be a teacher. It was my dream job and there was no other career that I was interested in. I began teaching at the age of 26 and loved every minute of it. Fast forward 8 years and I still love my career, but I am shifting my priorities and focusing less on my career and more on my family. I never envisioned myself working part-time or being a stay-at-home mom, but in this ever-changing world, the desire to become self-sufficient and raise my children in a slower and simpler way of life has taken top priority. I hope you will follow along as we navigate our way to a cleaner, simpler life!
